Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, incorrect, or expired item). Refunds are not applicable for opened or used products unless proven defective.
