🔒 Why We Don't Accept Returns on Most Products

Due to the consumable nature of our products and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for most items once they are delivered.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Vitamin & mineral fizzy tablets

  • Multivitamin syrups

  • Other oral supplements, powders, or liquids

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging

Once delivered, these items are considered final sale.

We understand that mistakes or damage can happen in transit. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
